In addition to conducting regular meetings and maintaining this website, the branch has contributed the following:

  3. Seminar - October 18 2006, Kip Adams, Public Introduction to QDM
  4. Seminar - February 21 2007, Tim Smail, The Cornerstones of QDM
  5. 1st Banquet - April 3 2007
  6. Donation - August 8 2007, Conservation District - $2000 to promote purchase of a small 7' no-till drill to allow conservation friendly food plotting activity.
  7. Booth Sponsor - Altoona Sports Show , Feb 15-17 2008, with scoring
  8. Joined the Cambria Co Federation of Sportsman's Clubs, Feb 2008
  9. "Adopt a School" Program began 2008 - Through donations by the branch and board members multiple high schools are provided with subscriptions to "Quality Whitetails".
  10. 2nd Banquet - March 29 2008
  11. Donation - March 2008, Bureau of Forestry, $1000 used for plantings and habitat projects on public state forest.
  12. 1st Food Plot Seminar, June 28th 2008, Day long educational event with pig roast, lectures and guided tour promoting QDM, habitat management and food plotting
  13. Donation - July 2008, $350 Sponsor of a youth to attend the competitive and prestigious Bucktails boot camp conservation leadership program in Raystown.
  14. Booth Sponsor - Jaffa Sports Show, Feb 27-Mar 1 2009, with scoring
  15. Short Course - Jan 13 2009, 3 hr 4 lecture public course covering general QDM, management plans, Timber stand improvement, and resources available for QDM.
  16. Donation - Feb 2009, $1000 to again support BOF QDM activity on state forest land.
